You will learn how to safely perform moves and sequences, gradually building strength, flexibility and coordination.
Your class will run at the same day and time for 6 weeks.

Our 6-week courses are designed for absolute newcomers.
No previous dance, gymnastics, or aerial experience is required. You don’t even need to be able to perform a pull up.
Yes, the moves can be tricky, but if you stick at it you will see results you never thought possible.
Over the 6 weeks you will gradually build your strength, flexibility, and coordination and you’ll soon be flying through our syllabus of moves.
At the end of your 6-week course you'll even be able to perform a full routine with your classmates!
